  • Weight Neutrality

    With intuitive eating, the number on the scale may go up, stay the same, or go down. If your focus is on weight loss, this will interfere with your ability to eat intuitively. Tuning in to our hunger and fullness is an INTERNAL process and the number on the scale is an EXTERNAL factor. Talk of weight and numbers may be triggering to others within the membership.

  • Kindess

    The Nutrition Reboot Membership is a place of joy and positivity. This community is meant to bring others up, not tear them down. Please do your best to support the membership as a safe space to learn and grow as intuitive eaters.

  • Gentle Nutrition

    No food police and no talk of “good food” vs. “bad food”. All foods fit here! We are learning to fuel our bodies while also satisfying our taste buds. There will be plenty of carbs, learning new ways to incorporate fruits and veggies, and discovering how to eat for both physical and mental satisfaction.

  • Joyful Movement

    Exercising to “earn” food? Nah. Hitting the gym to shrink your body? Not anymore! Around here, we find other reasons to move besides just burning calories.
