Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder or creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seed

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Adjust ingredients for your desired consistency.
