Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 lb chicken thighs, cooked and roughly diced*
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Assemble cooked chicken, lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing on tortilla.
  2. Wrap tortilla and serve immediately.
  3. Optional - heat wrap in a skillet or panini press until golden brown on the outside.

Notes

*You can use any type of chicken that you like. For this recipe, I used chicken thighs marinated in buffalo sauce and cooked on the stove.
