Chocolate Chip Zucchini Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large ripe bananas mashed, about 1 cup
- 1 ½ cup finely grated zucchini
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9″x5″ loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, oil, mashed bananas, grated zucchini, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and stir together until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before enjoying.
