Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, washed and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup relish
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • burger sauce or aioli of choice (see notes for my favorites)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, relish, and red onion. Drizzle with burger sauce.

You could also make your own using ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and relish!


To meal prep this dish, cook the ground beef ahead of time and chop all of the vegetables. Reheat the beef and assemble on the day you are wanting to eat it.
