Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard boiled and diced
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1/4 cup dill relish
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 small avocado, diced
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Serve on a croissant, bread, a wrap, or with crackers and vegetables.
