Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard boiled and diced
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup dill relish
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 small avocado, diced
  • salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Serve on a croissant, bread, a wrap, or with crackers and vegetables.
