Iced Lavender Matcha Latte with Cold Foam

Iced Lavender Matcha Latte with Cold Foam

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 Tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp lavender syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla coffee creamer OR half and half with vanilla syrup
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Add matcha powder and hot water to a glass. Use a whisk or electric frother to combine until smooth. Add lavender syrup and whisk or froth again.
  2. Fill the cup with iced, then add milk.
  3. In a separate small glass, froth coffee creamer or half & half with vanilla syrup until foamy. Pour on top of matcha latte.
  4. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

To enjoy this drink hot, simply omit the ice.
