Iced Lavender Matcha Latte with Cold Foam

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 Tbsp hot water
- 1 tsp lavender syrup
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp vanilla coffee creamer OR half and half with vanilla syrup
- ice
Instructions
- Add matcha powder and hot water to a glass. Use a whisk or electric frother to combine until smooth. Add lavender syrup and whisk or froth again.
- Fill the cup with iced, then add milk.
- In a separate small glass, froth coffee creamer or half & half with vanilla syrup until foamy. Pour on top of matcha latte.
- Enjoy immediately.
Notes
To enjoy this drink hot, simply omit the ice.
