Shrimp and Bacon Garlic Noodles

Shrimp and Bacon Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
  • 16 oz spaghetti or angel hair pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp olive oil, separated
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2/3 grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook shrimp in 2 Tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large pot, add cooked pasta, cooked shrimp, cooked bacon, 1/4 cup olive oil, and grated parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and allow to heat up for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil.
