Shrimp and Bacon Garlic Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
- 16 oz spaghetti or angel hair pasta, cooked al dente
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp olive oil, separated
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2/3 grated parmesan cheese
- 4 fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook shrimp in 2 Tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a large pot, add cooked pasta, cooked shrimp, cooked bacon, 1/4 cup olive oil, and grated parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and allow to heat up for about 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
