Sleep is VERY important to me as a dietitian and as an anxious human. I used to force myself to be more social after a long work day and that only lead to burnout. Now I go all in as an introverted gal! In this video I share my entire evening routine after a day of work to help me wind down and get at least 8 hours of stress-free sleep.
