My 4:30am Gym Girl Morning Routine (but like, in a flexible non-diet way)
This is my morning gym routine as of the past few months! I started going back to the gym in February and it has been so fun and rewarding. As an intuitive exerciser, I do not work out every day and I value the importance of rest days. I also know how important nutrition is for workouts that feel good!
