Ingredients
- 1/2 lime
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp sugar-free simple syrup
- 1.5 oz rum or vodka
- 8 oz seltzer of choice
Instructions
- In a glass, squeeze lime and place the lime in the glass. Add mint and simple syrup and muddle.
- Add ice cubes.
- Add rum or vodka. Top with seltzer.
- Garnish with a lime slice and mint, if desired.
