Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sugar-free simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz rum or vodka
  • 8 oz seltzer of choice

Instructions

  1. In a glass, squeeze lime and place the lime in the glass. Add mint and simple syrup and muddle.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Add rum or vodka. Top with seltzer.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice and mint, if desired.
