Ingredients
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
- Pico de gallo (tomato, cilantro, red onion, juice from 1/2 lime)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until opaque. Season as desired.
- Add shrimp to tortillas and top with pico de gallo.
