Ingredients

  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
  • Pico de gallo (tomato, cilantro, red onion, juice from 1/2 lime)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until opaque. Season as desired.
  3. Add shrimp to tortillas and top with pico de gallo.
