Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup light or regular mayonnaise
  • 6 oz smoked salmon*
  • 1/4 small red onion, diced
  • juice from 1/2 of a lemon
  • garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, and mayo. Using a a hand held mixer or a rubber spatula, mix until combined.
  2. Add in remining ingredients and mix. Top with green onions, if desired. Serve with crackers, sliced vegetables, on a bagel, etc.

Notes

*I enjoy the smoked salmon from Costco. You can use any brand or even make your own. This recipe would likely be tasty with leftover baked or grilled salmon as well.
