Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp white chocolate chips
- maple syrup, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine oats, milk, salt, baking soda, protein powder, pumpkin puree, and brown sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an oven-safe container. Top with white chocolate chips. Bake for 7-12 minutes, or until batter is cooked through. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving, if desired.
