Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 4 medium carrots, sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 large bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Place beef in Crockpot.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over beef and stir until beef is coated.
  3. Add carrots, potatoes, onion, celery Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and bay leaf. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook until beef is tender (on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours).
