Ingredients
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp peppercorns
Instructions
- In a small pot, heat vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until just boiling.
- In a glass container that has a lid, add sliced red onion, vinegar mixture, and peppercorns. Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then, add the lid and store in the fridge.
- Add on top of your favorite dishes.
