Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 can coconut milk (use the thick white part at the top and use the liquid as needed)
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • If you would like to up the protein content, add 1/2-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. You may wish to remove the honey from the recipe if you add the protein powder.
  • Feel free to add an orange simple syrup in place of the honey if you would prefer a stronger orange flavor.
