Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 cup ice
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 can coconut milk (use the thick white part at the top and use the liquid as needed)
- 1-2 Tbsp honey
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
- If you would like to up the protein content, add 1/2-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. You may wish to remove the honey from the recipe if you add the protein powder.
- Feel free to add an orange simple syrup in place of the honey if you would prefer a stronger orange flavor.
