Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads*
  • Toppings of choice**

Instructions

  1. Preheat conventional oven*** to 420F.
  2. Lightly brush flatbreads with oil. Add desired toppings.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes or until flatbreads begin to turn a golden brown color.

Notes

*Use whichever flatbreads you prefer! You could also use naan bread or pita bread as well.

**Add any toppings that you like. Pictured is tomato sauce, shredded cheese, mozzarella cheese, sliced onion, and pesto and then balsamic glaze was added after cooking.

***You could also add these to a grill or air fryer and cook until golden bread and cheese is melted.
