Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard boiled and diced
  • 1/8 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/8 cup green onion, chopped
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Serve on bread, with crackers, with vegetables, or on a bed of greens.
