Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard boiled and diced
- 1/8 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/8 cup green onion, chopped
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Serve on bread, with crackers, with vegetables, or on a bed of greens.
