Kidney Bean Salad

Kidney Bean Salad
Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can of red kidney beans
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp onion, diced
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sweet relish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator.

Notes

You can add more or less mayo to your liking.

If you'd like, chop up a couple of hard boiled eggs and add to the mixture!
