Kidney Bean Salad
Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can of red kidney beans
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp onion, diced
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sweet relish
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
Notes
You can add more or less mayo to your liking.
If you'd like, chop up a couple of hard boiled eggs and add to the mixture!
