- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup of milk of choice
- whipped topping, if desired
