Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup of milk of choice
  • whipped topping, if desired

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Adjust any of the ingredients to your liking
