Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Great an 8x4 inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, canola oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pans. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.
