Copycat Perfect Bar Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour (blend 1 1/2 cups of oats until it is a fine powder)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free syrup or sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, etc)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
  2. Add in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and syrup. I found it easiest to mix with my hands.
  3. Add in the milk. The mixture should be dense and somewhat hard to combine.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands. Refrigerate for 4 hours before eating. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
