Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour (blend 1 1/2 cups of oats until it is a fine powder)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar-free syrup or sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, etc)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- dash of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
- Add in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and syrup. I found it easiest to mix with my hands.
- Add in the milk. The mixture should be dense and somewhat hard to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands. Refrigerate for 4 hours before eating. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
