Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 small apple, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add apples and cinnamon and cook until apples turn soft.
- Meanwhile, in a small pot, heat oats, milk, and brown sugar over low heat. Cook until oats become thick.
- Add oats, apples, chia seeds, and peanut butter to a bowl. Enjoy immediately.
