Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 small apple, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add apples and cinnamon and cook until apples turn soft.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small pot, heat oats, milk, and brown sugar over low heat. Cook until oats become thick.
  3. Add oats, apples, chia seeds, and peanut butter to a bowl. Enjoy immediately.
