Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, or strawberry flavored)
- 1/3 cup (~1 scoop) of chocolate protein powder
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 frozen riced cauliflower (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk (or chocolate milk) - adjust amount to modify thickness of smoothie to your liking
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
