Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, or strawberry flavored)
  • 1/3 cup (~1 scoop) of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 frozen riced cauliflower (optional)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or chocolate milk) - adjust amount to modify thickness of smoothie to your liking

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
