Cast Iron Skillet Nachos

Cast Iron Skillet Nachos

Ingredients

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • Toppings of choice - tomatoes, cilantro, queso, sour cream, avocado

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Spread chips evenly on cast iron skillet.
  3. Drain and rinse canned beans and corn. Layer on chips.
  4. Cook ground beef and season with taco seasoning. Layer on chips.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with desired toppings. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Sub any meat that you want or leave the meat out to make the dish vegetarian.
