Ingredients
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
- Toppings of choice - tomatoes, cilantro, queso, sour cream, avocado
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Spread chips evenly on cast iron skillet.
- Drain and rinse canned beans and corn. Layer on chips.
- Cook ground beef and season with taco seasoning. Layer on chips.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Top with desired toppings. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Sub any meat that you want or leave the meat out to make the dish vegetarian.
