Chickpea Cookie Dough

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sweetener of choice (honey, agave, brown sugar, etc)
- Up to 1/4 cup milk of choice to desired thickness
- Up to 2 Tbsp ground flax seed to thicken, if needed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in food processor besides the chocolate chips. You can modify the amount of milk and/or flax seed until at desired thickness.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Enjoy on its own or as a dip for fruit, graham cracker, etc.
