Chickpea Cookie Dough

Chickpea Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Sweetener of choice (honey, agave, brown sugar, etc)
  • Up to 1/4 cup milk of choice to desired thickness
  • Up to 2 Tbsp ground flax seed to thicken, if needed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in food processor besides the chocolate chips. You can modify the amount of milk and/or flax seed until at desired thickness.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Enjoy on its own or as a dip for fruit, graham cracker, etc.
