Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh berries of choice OR frozen berries, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Sweetener, to taste, if desired (honey, syrup, sugar substitute, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mash the berries in a glass container. Add the chia seeds and sweetener (if using).
  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow it to thicken.
  3. Keep in airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. Enjoy on toast, yogurt parfaits, oatmeal, etc.
