Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh berries of choice OR frozen berries, thawed
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- Sweetener, to taste, if desired (honey, syrup, sugar substitute, etc.)
Instructions
- Mash the berries in a glass container. Add the chia seeds and sweetener (if using).
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow it to thicken.
- Keep in airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. Enjoy on toast, yogurt parfaits, oatmeal, etc.
