Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts
  • Garlic powder, salt, pepper, poppy seeds to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Serve cold.
  2. Add to a wrap, a sandwich, eat with crackers an/dor vegetables, or on a bed of greens.

Notes

You can also add in dried or fresh fruit if you'd like!
