Ingredients
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, crumbled (or use bacon bits)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- dressing of choice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients on top of romaine lettuce. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can also add in dried or fresh fruit if you'd like!
