Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices of bacon, crumbled (or use bacon bits)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • dressing of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients on top of romaine lettuce. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can also add in dried or fresh fruit if you'd like!
