Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb salmon
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste*
  • lemon wedges, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390F.
  2. Brush olive oil over salmon filet. Add seasonings.
  3. Add salmon to air fryer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 125-130F (for more well-done salmon, cook to 145F).
  4. When serving, squeeze lemon wedge on top of salmon.

Notes

*be creative with the seasonings! I like to use Trader Joe's salmon rub.
