Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Bacon Jam and Parmesan

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Bacon Jam and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp bacon jam (I got mine from Meijer!)
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390F.
  2. In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt and pepper.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts to air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts start to become crispy.
  4. Once finished, remove Brussels sprouts and add to plate. Add bacon jam and parmesan cheese.

Notes

If you don't have an air fryer, you can also roast the Brussels sprouts. Instead of adding to the air fryer, roast in a preheated 375F oven for 20-30 minutes, or until slightly crispy.
