White Chocolate Coconut Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup raw nuts (I used walnuts and pecans)
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- Mix ins - flaked coconut and white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour in coconut oil and honey or maple syrup. Mix well.
- Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until the granola becomes crisp.
- Let the granola sit for at least 30 minutes before transferring to an air-tight container.
- Store in cool, dark place or in the freezer.
