Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla, plain, or berry flavor)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (adjust as needed for desired thickness of smoothie)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
