Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla, plain, or berry flavor)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (adjust as needed for desired thickness of smoothie)
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
