Vanilla Cold Foam Cold Brew

Vanilla Cold Foam Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp half and half
  • 1 oz vanilla syrup (see notes for recipe)
  • 6 oz cold brew coffee

Instructions

  1. Add heavy cream, milk, and syrup to a small glass. Froth using a handheld brother.
  2. Add cold brew to a separate glass. Pour cold foam on top. Serve immediately.

Notes

To make homemade vanilla syrup:

  1. Bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Once boiling, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add 1 Tbsp vanilla extract. Allow to cool before using. Store in refrigerator.
