Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp canola oil or melted butter (optional - adds creaminess)
  • 2 Tbsp creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp strawberry jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine oats, milk, salt, baking soda, protein powder, peanut butter powder powder, brown sugar, and oil or butter (optional) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into an oven-safe container.Bake for 7-12 minutes, or until batter is cooked through.
  4. Remove baked oats from the oven and place dollops of peanut butter and jelly on top. Allow to sit for a few minutes so that the peanut butter becomes melted. Use a spoon or butter knife to swirl the peanut butter and jelly together.
