Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp canola oil or melted butter (optional - adds creaminess)
- 2 Tbsp creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp strawberry jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine oats, milk, salt, baking soda, protein powder, peanut butter powder powder, brown sugar, and oil or butter (optional) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an oven-safe container.Bake for 7-12 minutes, or until batter is cooked through.
- Remove baked oats from the oven and place dollops of peanut butter and jelly on top. Allow to sit for a few minutes so that the peanut butter becomes melted. Use a spoon or butter knife to swirl the peanut butter and jelly together.
