Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice flavor*
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a glass jar or container with a lid. Shake or stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Top with desired toppings. Enjoy hot or cold.

Notes

*If you do not have Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice flavor, feel free to use your milk of choice and add 2-3 Tbsp protein powder.
