Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice flavor*
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2-3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a glass jar or container with a lid. Shake or stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Top with desired toppings. Enjoy hot or cold.
Notes
*If you do not have Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice flavor, feel free to use your milk of choice and add 2-3 Tbsp protein powder.
