Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add more or less liquid for desired consistency.
Notes
Feel free to add some rum or other alcohol to make this boozy.
