Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add more or less liquid for desired consistency.

Notes

Feel free to add some rum or other alcohol to make this boozy.
