Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium sized banana (1/2 of it mashed)
- 1 Tbps chia seeds
- 1/8 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter, plus extra for drizzling, if desired
- 1 Tbsp honey (adjust for taste)
Instructions
- Mash half of the banana in a small mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a container with a lid (I like to use a Mason jar). Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- When you are ready to eat the oats, top with sliced banana and more peanut butter, if desired.
