Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium sized banana (1/2 of it mashed)
  • 1 Tbps chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter, plus extra for drizzling, if desired
  • 1 Tbsp honey (adjust for taste)

Instructions

  1. Mash half of the banana in a small mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Transfer to a container with a lid (I like to use a Mason jar). Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. When you are ready to eat the oats, top with sliced banana and more peanut butter, if desired.
