Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla or blueberry flavored)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup or milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until desired consistency. Add more or less liquid as needed.
- Top with granola and nut butter, if desired.
