Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla or blueberry flavored)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup or milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until desired consistency. Add more or less liquid as needed.
  2. Top with granola and nut butter, if desired.
