Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta, cooked
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 English cucumber, cut into half-moons
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Serve immediately or store in the fridge in an air-tight container.
