Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb spiralized ham, diced or pre-diced ham
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 3-4 stalks celery, cut into half-moons
  • 3-4 carrots, cut into coins
  • 2 cans pinto beans or other beans of choice*
  • 1 carton (32 oz) broth (beef, chicken, vegetable, or bone)
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to Crock Pot. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
  2. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.

Notes

*Look for low-sodium canned beans or be sure to rinse well to decrease sodium content.
