Ingredients
- 1/2 lb spiralized ham, diced or pre-diced ham
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 3-4 stalks celery, cut into half-moons
- 3-4 carrots, cut into coins
- 2 cans pinto beans or other beans of choice*
- 1 carton (32 oz) broth (beef, chicken, vegetable, or bone)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to Crock Pot. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
Notes
*Look for low-sodium canned beans or be sure to rinse well to decrease sodium content.
