Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup coffee, cold
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Notes

Adjust liquid and ice ratio to your preference
