Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, stevia, etc)
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine oats, milk, salt, baking soda, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an oven-safe container. Top with chocolate chips and raspberries. Bake for 7-12 minutes, or until batter is cooked through.
