Chocolate Raspberry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, stevia, etc)
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine oats, milk, salt, baking soda, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into an oven-safe container. Top with chocolate chips and raspberries. Bake for 7-12 minutes, or until batter is cooked through.
