Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (adjust based on desired consistency)
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder or creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds or flax seed

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of liquid used for your desired consistency.
