Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Dates

Ingredients

  • 16 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips*
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • walnuts or other nuts of choice, sliced

Instructions

  1. Fill pitted dates with nut butter. Freeze for 2 hours or until nut butter is firm.
  2. Once filled dates are frozen, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip filled dates in the chocolate. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Store in the freezer or the refrigerator.

Notes

*Use any type of chocolate chips that you like!
