Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sweetener of choice, as desired

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or container with a lid, add chia seeds followed by remaining ingredients. Stir until chia seeds start to become immersed with the liquid and no longer sink to the bottom.
  2. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  3. Add toppings such as berries, granola, nut butter before serving, as desired.
