Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Sweetener of choice, as desired
Instructions
- In a mason jar or container with a lid, add chia seeds followed by remaining ingredients. Stir until chia seeds start to become immersed with the liquid and no longer sink to the bottom.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Add toppings such as berries, granola, nut butter before serving, as desired.
