Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2-4 Tbsp BBQ seasoning mix*
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges. Soak the wedges in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the potato wedges. Dry off with paper towel.
- Preheat air fryer to 390F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the wedges with olive oil and BBQ seasoning. Add to air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until potato wedges are tender.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
*I like to use Trader Joe's BBQ seasoning mix. Most grocery stores will also have a version. If you don't have this, you can make your own with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and chili powder.
