Turkey Cheese Melt with Bacon Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2-3 slices of deli turkey
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 Tbsp bacon jam

Instructions

  1. Heat panini press or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter both slices of bread. On the non-buttered side of bread, layer the bacon jam, cheese, and deli meat. Add the other slice of bread.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
