Sriracha Honey Chicken Noodles

Ingredients

For the chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey (or hot honey, if you prefer)
  • sesame seeds and chopped green onion, for garnish
For the noodles
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey (or hot honey, if you prefer)
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 2 large carrot sticks, roughly chopped or shredded
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 14 oz stir fry noodles, prepared

Instructions

For the chicken
  1. Add chicken to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and coat chicken entirely.
  2. Air fry or bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
  3. Cut chicken into strips before adding to the noodles.
For the noodles
  1. Combine all ingredients besides the noodles. Stir to combine.
  2. Sautee sliced onion, carrots, and mushrooms in oil until they become soft.
  3. Add noodles and sauteed vegetables to the sauce and coat entirely.
  4. Top with sliced chicken, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
