Ingredients
For the chicken
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp sriracha
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey (or hot honey, if you prefer)
- sesame seeds and chopped green onion, for garnish
For the noodles
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sriracha
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp honey (or hot honey, if you prefer)
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 large carrot sticks, roughly chopped or shredded
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 14 oz stir fry noodles, prepared
Instructions
For the chicken
- Add chicken to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and coat chicken entirely.
- Air fry or bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
- Cut chicken into strips before adding to the noodles.
For the noodles
- Combine all ingredients besides the noodles. Stir to combine.
- Sautee sliced onion, carrots, and mushrooms in oil until they become soft.
- Add noodles and sauteed vegetables to the sauce and coat entirely.
- Top with sliced chicken, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
